Why rent from US?
Owning an RV can be costly and stressful. Purchase cost, maintenance, winterizing, fuel, consumables, and simply your time, all add up! And then you still need a vehicle with enough tow capacity. Very cumbersome… trust us, we know!
So let us handle the heavy lifting and logistics, you just sit back and enjoy that refreshing beverage by the lake
What Do We Provide?
We provide the RV, duh! And, so you don’t need to spend a week packing stuff for your getaway, every 45° RV rental includes:
We’ll throw in 4 camping chairs and a folding table for our larger units, and 2 camping chairs without a table for our smaller ones. Sit around the campfire, grill up some food, and enjoy the outdoors!
We’ll stock the RV with plates, cups, bowls, cutlery, and steak knives for 4 or 8 (depends on unit size), knife set, 3 pots with lids, 3 pans, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, water kettle, can opener, ice cube trays, stirring spoons, spatulas, tongs, oven mitts, dish soap, sponges, brush, and drying towels.
We’ll make sure you have disinfecting wipes, a broom, dustpan, air freshener, garbage can, and garbage bags.
You’ll have 1 or 2 full propane bottles on the RV (depends on unit). Don’t worry about refilling the bottles after, we’ll handle that!
We’ll provide plenty of the premium stuff, not 1 ply!
What Don't We Provide?
While we include lots, you’ll still need to bring some of your own stuff.
You’ll need to bring your own food, snacks, and drinks. Smokies and S’mores are a solid diet, right?
Please bring your own blankets, pillows, sheets, etc. Let’s be honest, you’ll sleep better on your own bedding anyway!
Please bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, etc. Bring some dental floss, that’ll make your dentist happy!
Please bring your own clothing. We think our style is on point, but you’ll have to bring some of your own fabulous wardrobe!

What's the Cost? Discounts? Fees?
We made our pricing model as simple as possible, so the only shady thing here will be you under that retractable awning!
We rent our RV’s kind of like a hotel room, aka per night. So you pickup in the afternoon, and return in the morning. We do have a booking minimum of 3 nights, please contact us if you’d like to book for less.
Everybody loves a good discount! Well here’s the deal: Booking for a week? Take 5% off your nightly rental cost! Booking for a month? Make that 25%!
It’s the only standard fee we charge. “Why you gotta be like that”, you ask? This fee covers thorough cleaning and disinfection of the RV (not today ‘rona!), propane refills, restocking of amenities, and an inspection.
The security deposit will be fully returned to you if all is well with the RV upon return. If there’s any new damage or if any special cleaning is needed, we’ll deduct any repair or cleaning costs from this.
Our Cancellation Policy
Plans change, we understand that!
If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, you’ll get a full refund!
If you cancel more than 30 days before Pickup/Check-In, you’ll get a refund of 75% of the Rental Fees. You’ll pay a penalty of 25% of the Rental Fees, and Prep Fee.
If you cancel less than 30 days but more than 7 days before Pickup/Check-In, you’ll get a refund of 50% of the Rental Fees. You’ll pay a penalty of 50% of the Rental Fees, and Prep Fee.
If you cancel less than 7 days before Pickup/Check-In, you won’t get a refund. You’ll pay a penalty of 100% of the Total Fees.
The Ground Rules
We don’t mean to be bossy, but there are a few rules to follow:
- Pickup/Check-In is at 3PM or later. Early pickup MAY be accommodated for a $50 fee.
- Return/Check-Out is at 11AM or earlier. Late return MAY be accommodated for a $50 fee.
- No smoking or vaping inside the RV.
- No festivals. Sorry Craven fans!
- Never flush wet wipes, baby wipes, facial tissues, paper towel, or feminine hygiene products down the RV's toilet. Only use the toilet paper we provide!
- Don't climb onto the RV's roof. The views from there aren't that great.
- Keep the RV clean and tidy. Please take anything you brought with you and dispose of garbage before returning.
- Please completely empty the black and grey septic tanks before returning. If they don't come back empty, we'll have to charge you a $100 fee because we'd rather not deal with this... well you know. If you choose delivery, FREE septic dumping is included!
